Mark Deal
Mark enjoys hanging out with his family, riding his Harley Davidson, working on machines to make them run, hunting, and cooking ribs. He played football at Ferris State and enjoys golfing. Mark learned the value of hard work from his father, who worked at Ford for over 30 years. That work ethic has carried through everything Mark does — from building MLC into the company it is today, to showing up every day with the same drive and dedication his father instilled in him.
Mike Heisser
As General Manager, Mike is committed to leading the team with integrity, dedication, and a focus on delivering exceptional results for customers. He takes pride in fostering strong relationships, supporting employee growth, and helping drive the continued success of the company. Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing and camping, and values spending quality time with his family and friends.
Tammy VanDoorn
Tammy's interests include camping, kayaking, spending time with family, playing games, road trips, and going on cruises. She loves adventure in every form — from sky diving and parasailing to ziplining through the treetops. Whether she's paddling across a lake, hitting the open road, or setting sail on a new cruise, Tammy brings that same adventurous spirit and warm energy to the MLC team every single day.
Mark Walling
Mark is an MTU graduate with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering and 40 years of industry experience. He is a SolidWorks Certified Sheet Metal Expert (SWUG) and holds multiple patents as a product designer. His industry background spans automotive, conveyor, material handling, office furniture, floor care, machine design, cabinetry, and custom fab. Outside of work, Mark stays active with golf, softball, running, dirt biking, boating, surfing, basketball, and camping. He is also involved in BSA Scouting and WoodBadge.
Sarah Havener
Sarah's hobbies are bowling, playing pool, being in the pool, playing cornhole, and any other outdoor activity. She loves traveling to places she hasn't been just as much as returning to places she has, always looking to build new traditions with the people around her. Sarah has a natural sense of adventure and a love for the outdoors that keeps her constantly on the move. Whether she's lining up a shot on the lanes or soaking up the sun somewhere new, she brings that same positive energy and enthusiasm to everything she does at MLC.
Jacob Klein
Jacob enjoys golf — with a longest drive of 330 yards. He loves cooking, with shrimp and beef tacos being his favorite. Jacob is also a big football fan, rooting for the Detroit Lions and Michigan Wolverines. Whether he's on the course chasing that next long drive or in the kitchen perfecting his taco recipe, Jacob brings that same competitive spirit and attention to detail to his work at MLC every day.
Caleb Baglien
Caleb is 28 years old and grew up in Muskegon, where he still lives today. He has been with MLC for a little over three years and enjoys the cooperation and teamwork the company fosters. Outside of work, Caleb and his wife Rylee are certified in the state of Michigan to shoot professional firework shows — they've done municipal shows for Fremont, Heperia, Twin Lake, and Lakewood Club 4th of July, plus private shows on Wolf Lake and shows for artists at Electric Forest for the past four years. They have a rottweiler/doberman named Trooper and a cat named Sammy. Caleb takes pride in everything he does and brings a sense of creativity to his work.
David Bischoff
Dave graduated from the Grand Rapids Community College welding program. Outside of work he enjoys riding and working on motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and heading up to his cabin in the UP.
Jerry Blevins
Jerry — nickname "Jean Bear," tattooed across his hands — likes wood burning and has a 9-foot piece at home. He was born on March 17, 1990 (St. Patrick's Day) and has survived two moped accidents one day apart. He takes pride in being one of a kind.
Bryce Bosovich
Bryce graduated and played baseball at Grand Rapids CC. He spends a lot of his free time golfing with his friends. Bryce is a huge Michigan fan and loves being at Michigan football games.
Allen Card
Allen enjoys fishing, basketball, camping, and spending time with his dog and his girlfriend. He also likes EDM festivals, live fights, and playing video games. From early mornings on the water to late nights at a festival, Allen knows how to make the most out of life — and he brings that same energy and enthusiasm to the shop floor every day.
Ben Crain Jr.
Benji likes riding dirt bikes, spending time with family and friends, playing video games, and camping. Whether he's out on the trails pushing his limits on a dirt bike or gathered around a campfire with the people he cares about, Benji brings that same energy and enthusiasm to everything he does. He's a team player through and through — the kind of guy who shows up ready to work hard and have a good time doing it.
Austin Ibarra
Austin loves to spend time with his family. He has two boys that race motocross and he enjoys teaching them the meaning of life. Austin is a laser operator and loves working on cars or anything with an engine. He spends most weekends at the race track.
Connor Lucas
Connor is 26 and works multiple stations on the shop floor, bringing versatility and a strong work ethic to everything he takes on. Outside of his work at MLC, he enjoys fishing, reading, and hiking. Whether he's out on the water, hitting the trails, or getting lost in a good book, Connor approaches everything with the same quiet determination he brings to the job every day.
Keenan Posvistak
Keenan graduated from BRHS with weld certs from the Career Center, went on to school, and played club baseball at Ferris State. He still enjoys rec league softball. When he's not welding or playing ball, you can find him on a boat salmon fishing or in the woods hunting.
Antonio Puente
Antonio enjoys spending time with his 4 and 1 year old, and his girlfriend Jaycie. He loves everything Michigan has to offer across all 4 seasons. Antonio loves to cook, loves to camp, and really enjoys working on brakes, machines, and more.
Ezli Teran
Ezli is 33 years old and graduated from Mona Shores High School. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching his daughter play travel soccer, and making beats. He is currently a Level 4 brake press operator and is looking forward to continuing to learn the skills and getting better every day.
Bo Yordy
Bo is married with 4 children and is a family man through and through. He coaches and plays softball, and loves nothing more than spending summer days swimming with his kids. With over 10 years of experience bending metal, Bo brings a steady hand and a wealth of knowledge to the shop floor every single day. He takes pride in his craft and in the people around him.
Malaine Zager
Malaine brings 25+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving. She holds CPR & First Aid certifications, 5-S and Safety awards. Outside of work, Malaine loves dirt track racing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
